The rain gauge is made of resistant silicone and is therefore a novelty in the field of rain gauges! It cannot burst in winter. The material can be stretched in ice and snow and therefore cannot break. Further advantages are that the rain gauge cannot break if dropped.

For cleaning: After some time, deposits can build up in the rain gauge. The silicone allows the rain gauge to be turned inside out. Simply remove the deposits with a sponge or cloth and a little water, without using cleaning products.
